By engaging TheSK Media's services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TheSK Media (operated by ASR Agritech Private Limited) provides digital marketing, ad monetization management, app development, web development, UI/UX design and related digital services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project (websites, apps, creative assets). ASR Agritech Private Limited (TheSK Media) retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies and pre-existing code libraries used in the delivery of services.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of each other's business information. TheSK Media will not disclose client campaign data, revenue figures or business strategy to any third parties without explicit written consent from the client.
The total liability of ASR Agritech Private Limited (TheSK Media) is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss or business interruption.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice sent to support@theskmedia.com. The client remains responsible for all fees for services rendered up to the termination date. TheSK Media reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms or conduct that violates applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.

Setup fees, onboarding fees and project initiation payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If ASR Agritech Private Limited (TheSK Media) is unable to begin work after receiving a setup fee, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Payments tied to completed project milestones are non-refundable. For projects cancelled mid-delivery, a pro-rated refund for incomplete milestones will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed as determined by ASR Agritech Private Limited.
Management fees for Google AdX and Ad Manager services are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed service setup within the agreed timeframe and through no fault of the client, a pro-rated credit may be applied to the next billing cycle.
To request a refund, email support@theskmedia.com with your name, project details and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
